1.       Bentuk Kerjasama dengan durasi waktu 25 - 30 tahun, adapun bentuk kerjasama dengan pembagian saham          (Persentase saham), Investor membangun sarana dan pranasarana (Bungalows/Cottage/Resor) di lahan tersebut untuk mengembangkan obyek wisata di lahan tersebut. Untuk Tahun 1- 2, Seluruh pemasukan di terima oleh Investor, pada tahun ke 3 hasil masukan di bagi berdasarkan persentase saham. Setelah 30 Tahun, kerjasama dapat di perjangkan kembali sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak.
